7 am toilet issue! Arrived promptly. Fixed the toilet in a snap! Gave me a good quote on my kithchen sink replacement. Gave a host of good tips for the house as the house was vacant for years before i moved in. Very satisfied w the work they did, the attention they gave me, and i'll see them next weekend for a new sink installation! Thanks again Pete! You all have been great!

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Omega looks at your plumbing very thoroughly to ensure you do not have any underlying issues and they resolve the problems that you called for originally. I highly recommend Omega!!

This is the ONLY plumber I will ever use. Prompt replies, quick and friendly service, reasonable prices. I am not sure how many times they have come out over the years, but the service is always above and beyond. I had a main line that was backing up - not totally blocked yet, but I was willing to take 3 minute showers and go to the laundromat for over a week, because I just don't trust anyone else. That says a lot for a company. You can't go wrong with them

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

They arrived within an hour of us calling which was fantastic! However, they don't like to repair units that are 20+ years old and told us that the control board *might* be the problem and wanted to quote a $12k - $18k system. (Funny thing is that both control boards are available locally at Lennox for less than $200 each). Well... we called someone else who is willing to help customers regain their heat the same day instead of pushing for only a sale of a new unit. The second company (who also arrived within an hour of us calling them) correctly diagnosed the issue as a simple safety switch problem due to the spring coming out. We're back up and running for MUCH LESS than $12k lol.

Pretty funny too that I kept asking about safety or pressure switches when Horizon was here. They just dismissed my ideas. Well guess what, it was the inexpensive Safety Switch.

Hoping Horizon does the right thing and issues a refund for the Service Call we paid...

WHE are great guys! They texted me when they were en route to my house, they were friendly, professional and were able to answer any questions I had without giving me any kind of run around. They got the job done and did it well! I have no complaints! They were even super nice to my dogs :)

The service was excellent from the scheduling of our replacement cutoff valve appointment through the completion of the job. Joel Morton was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and conscientious, and exceptionally patient in waiting for the city to come and shut the water off at the street and again when they had to come back after he had installed the new valve. I will highly recommend Swan to family, friends, and neighbors.
