He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

Next time you schedule a pipe to spring a leak in your house, be sure to avoid Friday afternoons. I called something around five emergency plumbers and got dates spanning the next Monday (three days away) to the 27th (over 20 days away). I called TCF and was delighted to find Thomas at my door the next day at 8:30 am. He fixed it within the next half hour, wore shoe protection and a mask the whole time, and even took a look at other pipes to give me some maintenance tips. Would definitely recommend!

The job was complete in a timely manner. The staff was polite and professional from admin to the field workers. My concern if any, was that the quote of removing the camode in the case it were to be needing removed was different from what the admin quoted from what the field workers then quoted. As you can imagine, I was NOT in a position to power struggle the new quote and unexpected.The charge for the $86 special to clear the drain turned into $249 rate with an added service fee of $49 then the quote of $90 to $120 camode removal turns out to be $139 quote to remove the camode. My gratitude is that: 1) I had my Christmas money to pay for this and 2) I did not have to live with this issue over the weekend since this was a late Friday repair. Unfortunately, the timing was off to obtain other quotes, my loss their gain. I believe the courteous thing to do was to honor the quote provided initially and explain why it would be $120 opposed to $90 and why the rate was arguably $139 to remove two screws and place the toilet aside. Curious!Overall: The experience was 👍to have my toilet flushing again.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Great company, Alex there is the best. I have had them for 2 jobs now and they are always responsive, prompt and highly professional. Also, price is competitive for professional and licensed plumbers. The second time I called them it was an emergency - they came to fix the mess of another company which left a leaking pipe and just bailed. Alex responded quickly on Friday evening and worked past 10pm on Friday to finish the job so we could turn back the water to the whole house. Alex really knows his craft.

A little late on the review…but Charles did amazing work extending our gas line and fixing some plumbing issues a month or so ago. Professional, easy going, efficient and excellent quality/skill… pricing was significantly better than every other company I contacted without sacrificing quality. Driver yelled learn to drive at me as he passed. I was in the right-hand lane of a 3 lane road for a reason: my terrified-of-everything dog was trying to climb over me into the back seat. The Christopher's Plumbing truck tailgated me for the less than one mile of the road before the driver yelled as I turned off. Terribly unprofessional.
