Excellent service and saved my basement from a pipe break.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Alex did an excellent job replacing our water heater for a very reasonable price on a sat and Halloween on top of it. Its hard to find a true service repair man today especially one that is honest and fair. I appreciate the great job we received!!!

We found Mark through our neighbor, who recommended him and spoke very highly of his work. Mark has since helped us with an emergency job that I thought would be a HUGE blow to our wallet, but his cost was totally fair! He arrived just 2 hours after I called him, and completed the job 1/2 hour before he estimated. He was efficient, quick, honest and did great work. We will call Z plumbing again!

Best game in town

Rude, unprofessional driving trying to merge in front of one of these vans today. I had my blinker on long enough to wait for another car to pass before I started moving over. Flailing hands and rude gestures to follow. Barely made my exit.

I called them to fix a sewage issue and they were not able to fix the problem effectively. My tenants threatened to vacate because of the recurring sewage issues. I was forced to call another company to fix the problem.

Swan replaced our outdoor unit and fixed the improper installation of the furnace. They did a great, fast job of the installation/upgrade. Tyler M. came out to go over some concerns we had with the performance of the unit. He found the problem immediately (a clogged filter we weren't aware of) and took his time to fully explain options for improving the air circulation in the house. We can see the difference in cooling on the same day and hope to improve it even more with his suggestions. 100% satisfied, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Charles and his kind and professional team were incredibly fast to respond and install 2 new outdoor faucets for us! It was a wonderful experience!

I can't say enough about Bill and Key Plumbing. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber very often but when I've had them out to install a water softener, fix a leak or install a new hose bib for me, they were quick to respond.
I like the fact that they are super neat and leave my house clean and dry. Other plumbers aren't so diligent.
If you want it done right the first time, don't mess around. Call Bill.

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.
