All of the guys that performed the services as well as the representatives that take the calls are top notch at this company. Alex and Bob are great at helping get whatever paperwork is needed, and Brandon, along with Kodiak were phenomenal with their work in determining what the real problem was. Unfortunately for me it was a BIG problem. The guys had to tear up my basement floor (the smallest amount possible) to reach the pipes that needed replacing, put in new, high quality lines and drain, and then repair the concrete that had to be torn up. It was a big job but they got it done efficiently and did a great job. The guys that performed the repair work were meticulous in their completion and even moved all the necessary shelves, appliances, etc. in my basement before starting and after they were finished. Brandon swept up the work area after he moved the appliances back in place and everyone wore boot covers in the house to minimize dust traction. Very professional from beginning to end. The value for the work completed was beyond, and I’m so appreciative to have a working sewer system that I can rely on again without clogs or floods. If you need a job well done and plumbers you can trust, these are your guys.

got a new furnace and AC. The AC was initially installed on a pad placed on loose river rock on a slight incline (like that would remain in place). After calling they came out, leveled the ground a bit and put the pad on the dirt. They warranty sounded great but need to pay for annual maintenance. The maintenance doesn't include replacing filters (which seems odd) and no surprise, additional work is recommended. The last time they came out, they did something to the humidifier so it was draining lots of water and clogged the drainage tube with grease. water everywhere.

Jake Canady came out to set up our swamp cooler. Very professional, personable, and all around great tech! Will request him again for everything!

Lamar was my technician and was amazing! He was so professional, helpful and friendly. As a new homeowner, there are aspects of maintaining a furnace I just wasn’t aware of and I really appreciated the knowledge he shared with me so I have that awareness moving forward. In the future, I’ll definitely be requesting him for any maintenance or repair needs!

Brent Cunningham has been out to my home a few times. Each time he has come to help me he has been friendly, helpful and courteous. I know that when he is here he will repair what needs to be fixed and genuinely wants to make sure that things are working well for me. David F. really saved us today, he swapped out our water heater and installed some new shutoff valves and got us up to code. He knew his stuff and knocked it out quick. He answered all our questions and explained some things too. He even showed up within a few hours of dispatch and had a great water heater on the truck. Its working great by the way, water is nice and hot!
