I worked with Amber as my project manager. She was amazing! Super professional, kind, understanding of my needs and very knowledgable. I was replacing my waterheater, which required an upgrade/update to my panel. She was able to review with the electrician and we ended up adding a sub panel. We were able to bundle and I added A/C as well. Amber coordinated and arranged to have everything done on the same day. Everything was coordinated and went incredibly smooth.Emilio and Rony installed my AC, they were professional, very considerate of my home, and very helpful, ensuring that everything was running smoothly before they left. Jordan installed the water heater, he got everything done quickly and efficiently and answered my questions. Kyle did the sub-panel, he was fabulous!! He worked with me to make sure the placement was as unobtrusive as possible, and it turned out better than I expected. Overall, I had a great experience. I knew if I had any issues or questions I simply had to reach out to Amber. The fact everything was done in one day was just the cherry on top.

I hired Plumbline for the first time last week for a furnace tuneup. I booked the appt online and got a call the day before the appt for a better time frame. Marlowe called me within the time frame when he was about 20 minutes away. He arrived with a mask and shoe coverings. Marlowe was professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate that he didn't mansplain like some other service techs who came to my house recently. I would suggest Plumbline have filters to replace the house humidifier. My previous HVAC repair service had it and I just paid extra for tune up. I assumed Plumbline would too but no. I'll definitely contact Plumbline for other services in the future and getting a quote for HVAC replacement next year.

**Updated 10/1/2020**It took the fourth visit to resolve our issue. We never had a problem with customer service, response to our calls, or long wait times for service. I still feel this could have been resolved in 1 or 2 visits, but our boiler works now. Our technician has been helpful and detailed.We have had Blue Sky out to our house twice now. Our boiler would not stay on after a single heat cycle. After two visits we have the same issue. I'll be happy to update this review once the problem is solved, but I don't think it should take three visits. I will say that the actually answer their phone, come out when they say they will and and explain things well.

I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could’ve kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn’t charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!

Super responsive! They were able to get me in quickly and gave me updates about timing and then arrived on time. Carlos was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and got my heater back up. Will definitely use again.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

This father & son team are great. When my hot water heater was broken; water all over the floor around 10pm, I called multiple plumbing services that stated 24/7 but no responsiveness and availability. Just before giving up I saw Simpson Home Services and called and Charlie answered right away and even FaceTime me to help me shut off the water valve. God lead me to this great service, they came in the snow storm November 26th and replaced my hot water heater and even talked to my home warranty people. Charlie even cleaned up the water on the floor. I will use them again and will recommend the to all my nursing team. Thanks again, you all are great!

I had them come to my home and fix a clogged drain. Two weeks later the drain was clogged again and they expected me to pay over 100.00 to have them come back and fix the issue that they should have resolved two weeks ago. I wouldn't waste your time or money on this company. I understand that sometimes you miss the problem the first time, but telling me I need to pay full price to have you try again is ridiculous.

My Service Tech was Nate F. He helped diagnose my clogged drain quickly then snaked it...loosening the clog...in a matter of minutes. He also helped me get my brand new lav sink stopper to close properly. His sense of humor was a delight.
