Best Light Fixture Repair in Denver CO

For the first time in 3 years, my cooler is running quietly after replacing the motor and a pulley.

This winter our heater stopped working in the middle of a deep freeze. Our repair guy couldn’t come until Monday so we called Horizon in a pinch. Such a waste of money. All the kid did was give a diagnosis but did nothing to repair and told us we needed a $500 evaluation to know for sure. He acted really nervous when giving his sales pitch to my husband and I. We were disappointed he didn’t get the heating back on with it being about 15 degrees outside. I now know why he was nervous.

There was a simple override switch he could have pushed to get the heat on for the night. He knowingly looked at a toddler and pregnant woman and left us in a freezing house for the night.

The next day our regular repair man had the heat going in 5 mins!

Months later I now know what the Horizon guy did with his time in our utility room. He labeled every pipe and machine with advertising for Horizon. Hot pink labels with “call Horizon” were everywhere. I don’t regularly examine the utility room so it took a while to nice the blatant advertising job. The other day I found yet another sticker on the hot water heater.

Don’t waste your money paying them to advertise in your own home, and getting them to just up-sale you a problem that doesn’t exist without fixing the one that does.

Our tech, Kallen, was very professional, called before driving over, explained his service & contract. Then he got to work. He was prepared, clean, and efficient. Took 30 min max. That was super relieving to know sewer is working and ship shape!

Marco and his team came to unclog mainline after a previous company was unable to do so. They came on last second notice early evening after already putting in a full day of work. They unclogged line in no time and showed us where damage was located. Just an awesome crew who weren’t going to leave until they got us usage of our toilets and shower. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

The service specialist, Chris H. did an amazing job. He arrived on time, did quality work, and made me feel at ease that the situation had been taken care of. I truly appreciate the job that he did. I will definitely recommend him and this company to everyone I know.

I called this morning about a clogged toilet. Page answered & set up the appointment for between 1 & 5 PM. She was great ... a good listener & very helpful. Wesley was the professional who did the work. He called before coming and arrived at about 2:30. He asked good questions, assessed the problem and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. He gave great advice to help me avoid the same problem recurring. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant & you can tell that he's been doing this for a number of years.
