Refused to discuss or look at new Heat Pump (Geothermal) unit. Low pressure switch is either bad or unit has a small refrigerant leak. I have pressure switch coming from manufacturer, it’s a $5 dollar part. Owner said he doesn’t work on homeowner provided units. I’m a general contractor and didn’t have a chance to even tell him this. He said he would be happy to replace entire unit... That’s funny ! Funny thing is I have (4) single family homes I’m building in 2021 and my HVAC contractor retired in the past year, I’m looking for a good company to do my work and be responsive. Homeowners beware! Never judge a book by it’s cover, Sir! Big mistake!!!

Gareth took the time to explain what he felt was the best solution. He reviewed his information and recommended a change which made a lot of sense to us. His work was quick and he offered to clean up but there wasn’t much of a mess so I told him not to worry about it. The leak was stopped and the new valve works well. We feel he saved us a ton of money.

My old inefficient furnace finally blew a motor and Chris came out the next morning. Golden West met all my expectations with how the whole thing went down. I was presented with several options but didn't want to dump a lot of money into an old furnace that struggle to heat my 800 sq ft home so I went with a moderately priced unit and was very happy with how fast it happened. Same Day. They were done by about 5pm with the install. They even replaced an arm off the main trunk over to my son's room because it had been repaired DIY-style by so many previous home owners.They sealed everything up and helped to get my Nest thermostat installed correctly and set up. Gave me tips on how to keep the machine running the best through winter, like cycling the warm air upstairs with the blower on. They also brought my exhaust up to code and scheduled the inspection around my schedule. I am a very happy customer and will use them moving forward for my properties.My dog was even thrilled with Chris.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Walter Z. arrived on-time for my appointment and was professional and courteous throughout his entire visit. He was very helpful and clearly explained what he was doing, showed me how bad things had got, and went above-the-norm in getting everything cleaned. He even created a simple and ingenious replacement filter for my 40+ year-old furnace. I cannot recommend him enough!

Robert did a great job with our gas line installation. He was there late into the evening because he knew we had an inspection lined up to keep us on schedule. Job was clean, looked great, and held pressure until we pulled the gauge at 4 days. I would certainly have Time and Robert back out to any one of our jobs.
