Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We want to thank Shane for helping us to determine and resolve several issues with our heating system and and whole-house humidifier. We first called Dr. Fix It after receiving a coupon in the mail and noting that our humidifier generally continued to fail to keep the humidity levels in the house above 16-20%. Shane arrived within the 4-6 PM appointment window late on Tuesday night and performed a quick analysis of the furnace, air cleaner, and humidifier. Since it was so late in the evening, we said that he could come back the next to begin work. On Wednesday, Shane helped us to learn how to properly use the humidifier settings and also trained us on proper installation of the electronic air cleaner panels. He also suggested a 27-point furnace inspection and we agreed that since our system is over 12 years old and had never been inspected, we should. Shane came back once more today to finish the inspections and furnace maintenance on a record-breaking frozen day here in Westminster. He completed a full furnace cleaning, repair, and further diagnostic in about 6 hours. We thank him for his courtesy, professionalism, cheerfulness, and expertise and will call Dr. Fix It again in the future. We wish him and all a warm, safe, and happy holiday season.

Justin J. replaced a water heater, installed a PRV, and a new circulator pump for me. After getting quite a few quotes from various shops around town, I ultimately went with Time (and Justin) because they were competitive in pricing, but also made me feel that they were going to do a quality job, which turned out to be the case. My tech, Justin, was detail oriented, communicated well, and ultimately did very good work on my system. I will be using Time again for plumbing needs in the future.
