I recently had Plumbline Services install air conditioning & upgraded circuit breaker panel in my home. They were slightly higher than my lowest estimate for the work but the sales consultant, Gilles Colon, was very honest and I felt comfortable working with him. From the very start I was very happy with my decision to go with them as their level of service is just astonishing. Well worth the slight premium over the company willing to do it dirt cheap. Even with this slight premium I am confident that the warranties & guarantees included with Plumbline will be result in this being the much cheaper in the long run. Anyways, had AC within a few days of the estimate and the team that came out were all professional and kind - Richard Ferzacca & Austin Ayres managed my installs in a professional manner. After the install team had finished up and left, I noticed my thermostat was no longer working - nothing related to a poor install, just an issue unique to my old house we found. Anyways, I had someone at my house within 15 minutes. He stayed until he had everything running absolutely perfect. This tech, Tyler Loya, was here until 7:30 PM just to be sure I was set and understood everything that he was performing. You could tell Tyler wasn't informing me about the new system because he was expected to by Plumbline, but rather because he truly was proud of the work he had done. Can't give enough thanks to Tyler. All around a wonderful experience and I have since had a couple neighbors ask who did the install because they were so impressed by the quality. I am often prone to second-guessing any large financial purchases that I make, but this is one that I have not once questioned as to whether or not I made the right choice. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Phone was answered by a person early in the morning and a technician was on his way shortly thereafter. Anthony was knowledgeable, friendly and great at explaining what was happening and giving me options. His work is neat and, best of all, I have heat again! (3 other companies didn't respond to my messages at all!)

Robert was to my house in less than 30 minutes to fix my garbage disposal that quit running and the water was draining very slowly. He diagnosed that a piece of plastic got inside the disposal which stopped it from running. He picked out the plastic pieces, re-set the disposal, and now it's running and there was no stopped up drain. Yippee! Thank you Robert for a quick diagnosis and I am SO glad I didn't have to replace my garbage disposal that was only two years old! Robert was courteous, efficient, and did not push extra plumbing work on me unlike what other plumbers for another company have done to me in the past, so they can get a commission on the extra work.
