Erik came out after hours as soon as I called him. He came completely prepared to handle all possible sewer repair needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and performed my service thoroughly! I first called Wesley last Spring after we had a leak into our neighbor's garage ceiling from our unit. He came the very next day, even though it was a Saturday, since we had to keep our water off until the problem was resolved. He identified the problem was a bad faucet in our bathtub and told me I could easily do it myself. He also pointed out how easy it was to remedy the running water from the toilet after flushing. In troubleshooting for the leak he uncovered other pressing issues with our plumbing. The water pressure regulator had gone bad, we had no water meter (though there was a housing for it...), and there was no expansion tank on the water heater. He fixed the pressing issues for us the same day and checked my work in the bathroom before leaving. He did good work and the price was fair. There is also a lot to say for him saving me a couple bucks by volunteering that I could fix the bathroom issues myself. I'm a first-time homeowner and he easily could have pulled a quick one on me but he did not because he is a stand-up guy.

Today was the second time I had Wesley come to the house to investigate a leak and after identifying that it was a connection on the water meter housing he again volunteered that this is an issue that should be addressed by the water company for free to me. Another opportunity for him to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on this type of thing and another example of his honest character. He even called the water company for me to give my maintenance request more weight. Thanks for the great, honest service Wesley!

First Response Plumbing, also known as Sure Plumbing, is an excellent plumbing company that I would definitely recommend to anyone. Ilya came to our place to install the new water heater. After finishing the work, he was so nice that he also offered to repair a leaky faucet in the laundry, for no additional charge. Very professional and humble man.

Our tech was clean and efficient. The installation was done in much less time than I would have taken. The tech cleaned up the work area. Then showed me how to operate and maintain our new water heater.

We got our sewer replaced by Spartan Plumbing. They took the time to the time to explain to us all the different things that go into a sewer replacement. The service was great and very well priced. We worked with Sam and Gabe and really enjoyed our experience. We will be going back to them for all our future plumbing needs!

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. Other plumbers will come and either quote a ridiculous amount or charge for the visit itself. IPC was friendly and on time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have.
