I've had experience before with large plumbing businesses, and their pricing quotes for simple work was way out of line. I also didn't appreciate having to sit through a 10-minute up-sell sales pitch. After researching online to find someone, Adams Plumbing appeared to be exactly what I was looking for - a small, independent company with personal service and reasonable pricing....Wes was immediately responsive when I called him, had me send photos of the problem, and gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, which was very reasonable. I was impressed that he fit me in within two days for a non-emergency repair. He was right on time, and immediately went to the source of the problem, which was a broken frost-free faucet. Wes showed me a couple of options he recommended, I chose one, and he immediately went to work. Wes is clearly conscientious, and he took time to explain things as he had to shut-off the main water valve to the house. I am picky about who I let do work in our home, and Wes was the perfect combination of friendly, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of our home. His pricing was very reasonable, the work was high-quality, and I won't hesitate to call him for all our future plumbing needs.

Great company in a sea of average players! Owner, Kyle, is a delight to deal with and a great trouble-shooter. After using another company to diagnose a problem that they said would require a new sewer line, we had Kyle come provide an estimate on the job and he quickly determined that was not our issue and not necessary. He had one of his team out on a Saturday (no extra weekend charge) and our fix was $150 instead of $7-12k. Highly recommend this company!

We had Sam C. and Vaughn P. come to our house and fix the main water shutoff valve that had sprung a leak. They were very professional, came in wearing their boot covers and gloves, troubleshot the issue, and gave me three different price points for the job they were tasked to do. They did an excellent job with the work, and cleaned everything up nicely once they were finished. We are very satisfied with their work, professionalism, and their dedication to get the task done right the first time.

Victor from Plumbline was outstanding! He was polite, friendly, professional and took the time needed to explain what our issues were with our old furnace and AC units. He recommended what our next steps should be and got us in touch with the scheduling dept to set up an appointment to go over replacing our furnace and AC. I could not be happier with the service I received and will recommend Plumbline to all my friends and family. Thank you for the excellent service!

I'm revising my review, with sincere apologies to Jeff Butler & his family. I'm so sorry about their loss. My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.

Charles did an excellent job installing the gas line for our new outdoor fire pit and grille in a very timely fashion and excellent service doing what he said he will do. I recommend him definitively!

We had a broken pipe under our basement floor and water was coming up through a drain. Bruce came right out and diagnosed the issue. He not only was incredibly professional and polite, he also works hard to provide an affordable option for customers.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.
