Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

Fantastic response. Called for a clogged toilet that would drain even after plunging attempts. Called at 3:30 and he was at the house by 4!!!
Mike knew from my description of details that the clog was not too far off. But his first attempt with a shorter tool was ineffective. He brought in a longer snake, removed the toilet and found the clog about 11 feet in. Replaced the seal and put the toilet back and was done in less than an hour. Great customers support on the call and solid service on site. I highly recommend them. Glad they're a local company and will know to use them for any other plumbing issues.

Keith was in communication before his arrival. As always, all techs have clean uniforms, shoe covers - very professional. Keith even asked me - I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed? NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! These guys came out and handled my furnace repair (an old boiler furnace that are hard to find furnace maintenance experts for), and it was just in time for the cold weather and snow that we received recently. Paige in their front office is very friendly, scheduling was a breeze for same day HVAC service, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. We plan on calling them again in the spring when it comes time for our air conditioner tune-up. Thank you for a great experience.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.
