My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

the technician came out to tune up our AC, he was prompt, thorough and explained everything very clearly. We have been very happy with Horizon!!

Garret with Plumbline Services is great. He gives updates on his schedule and progress, works fast and follows up. I have Plumbline scheduled for more work tomorrow and they will be my first call for plumbing in Lakewood from now on.

These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon). Called them because of the good reviews, the lady who answered was very nice. She told me to send pictures of the old one with the label which
I did. Even followed up with another email later that day. ( she said the workers call between each job ) Never heard a thing back.
Update, I have changed the rating as he did call us back. It wasn't the same day as I was told it would be but he did call. He was also very apologetic about the miss connunication and I respect them for that.

I like to support local businesses which led me to calling To The T Plumbing for some plumbing repairs needed in the house. These guys are responsive, very fast, and very professional. I liked the service so much that I had to ask for some business cards in case we need a plumber or some project work done for plumbing/heating. Definitely give these guys a call if you need some work done, you'll be happy that you did!
