Josh was on time, prepared, knowledgeable and professional. He outlined the possibilities and the steps that would be taken depending on what was found as he went through the steps. He resolved the sewer clog and didn't do unnecessary work. He was very helpful in discussing his observations of non-urgent work. Then later provided estimates for that work should we decide to go forward at a later date.

We had been out of town and returned to a cold home. I had used Tipping Hat before and been happy with their work so I called them. They were able to come in a couple of hours. Ryan came out and identified what was wrong and the cost. He also identified options for a new boiler since the repair costs could be rolled into a new unit. We agreed a new unit so the best choice. Floyd and Juan were able to install a new unit within 2 days of the call. They spent ten and half hours to get the job done. They hauled all the old equipment off and went over the boiler operation. The boiler did need a revisit as the gas/oxygen mixture was off due to our elevation. Ryan came right out and spent three hours going thru everything to insure the boiler was providing us heat. I appreciate TP Hat’s professionalism at all levels.

On the day of my grandfather’s funeral, the sewer backed up into the basement while family and friends were busy celebrating his life. Plumbline sent John and his associate right away and they quickly settled and diagnosed the issue without causing a fuss. Disaster averted, thank you so much.

Chris Conley from Blue Sky came out and explained our options for things to repair or replace. Absolutely no pushing us into spending money we didn’t need to. He replaced the parts we needed and explained how things worked and did an excellent job in my opinion. I have never used Blue Sky before but will keep their card handy for the future. Very happy overall!

Chris and Joseph were incredibly professional, thorough and performed very high quality work. We needed a baseboard heater moved to a different wall, which they executed perfectly and then I asked if they could take a look at the shower as we’d noticed some clogging. I had a partial drain blockage in the basement which was depositing food and grease onto the floor, and I just so happened to see a Doctor Fix-It van in my neighborhood, so I took a chance and called them. After I made an appointment, they emailed me a picture of the person who would be showing up to do the work, called me about half an hour before David arrived, and called after he was done to make sure everything had gone well. David was professional but candid, answered all my questions, considerate of my house (put down plenty of drop cloths to spare the carpet), cleaned up the area when he was done (which really was a foul-smelling mess!), and finished ahead of schedule. What can I say? - this seems like a great outfit and I was pleased with the work they did.
