The entire Drain Terrier crew was great. The office team was very responsive and able to have plumbers come out promptly. The plumbers were on time, driving a company van, wearing company uniforms and were able to identify our issues quickly. I appreciated them talking us through what was happening and what was required to properly fix the problems. They clearly had a mastery over plumbing but were also very knowledgeable about general home construction. After the initial assessment they provided a detailed invoice with costs associated with each item. Their prices came in below other quotes. When they fixed our issues the work was noticeably better than what was in its place before. They left our home cleaner than they found it and even raked the dirt driveway where some equipment had left track marks. Many contractors like to say that they go above and beyond but Drain Terrier actually does.

Called for clearing of clogged sewer line. Lots of microscopic print paperwork and then confusion about whether warranty from two week earlier sewer line clearing would apply (it did not). Crew came out to clear and another crew to do clean-up. Estimate for waterjetting 92’ and clean-up was about $7K (over 5K of which was clean-up of about 10’ x 20’ space which had been covered with less than an inch of sewer water on it that subsequently drained). Final bill had charges for three pick-up loads of trash disposal, and toilet removal which were adjusted off after it was pointed out that neither happened. Total came to about $4K, plus frustration.

Called Plumbline to get some advice regarding our current hvac setup ahead of some planned renovations. Brian stopped by and was courteous, professional, quickly saw what we were trying to do, and gave us some options. We only used Plumbline for consultation at this point, but I was impressed and they’ll be at the top of my list when I need any of their services

I wanted a submeter installed so I contacted them. The tech showed up at my house for an estimate. He was very polite and soft-spoken.

They did a great job! I had a pipe that busted, called them and they were there in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and they were friendly. I will definitely use them in the future. They do bathroom remodeling as well, which i also need done soon; and i plan on calling them up for the job.

Here early on the snowiest so far this year. Our technician was courteous, clean and polite. Eager to answer questions and show us what he was working on. Small help with cost helped. Have used Blue Sky many times. Never cheep, but so far the work has been done right. I have recommended them to others.
