I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

He took a little extra time to guarantee everything he did touch was completely cleaned . We went with a the complete cleaning and restoration package which was very well priced . I've called Hyperflow a couple times for clearing out a main line (tree roots), and they always respond really quickly and get a time scheduled within the next 24 hours to come out. They're really kind, professional, quick, and get the job done perfectly every time. Definitely recommend!

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

It was a pleasure to deal with King Rooter, plumbing problems can be nasty and expensive. After calling King Rooter, they showed up same day (other companies said they were booked a few days out) the technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem . Ended up being broken sewer line which backed up the sewer into our showers and tubs . After they gave us options instead of telling us what we needed. . They installed a liner and solved our problem. My wife and I highly recommend these guys .

Was very pleased. Had them come out to run a camera down the drain since the other company we had out didn't have the ability to. Glad that we found IPC. Upfront about price and told us he would just snake first instead of wasting our time and money if a camera wasn't needed. Snake worked and drains are running great. What a relief. Also came out on a Sunday without an extra weekend charge. Will call if ever future needs.
