Pete was the absolute best! Came to my rescue on Easter Sunday after I discovered my water heater had broken down and also had a leak. Courteous and professional, he was diligent about keeping everything clean, and was professional throughout. Finished his work in record time. Would highly recommend!

Brandon came out to service our HVAC unit and was quick, responsive and very helpful! He even went above and beyond in the servicing of our unit. Great customer service!

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. Always professional, arrive on time or early, and available for emergencies. I would always highly recommend Horizon!

We had Benjamin and his team come and install a split mini system today. Benjamin was on time and explained everything that him and his team was going to do. He walked me through every step of the install process. Ben and his team went above and beyond and i could not have asked for a better team or company. Since I had recently purchased my home, I was disappointed when my furnace quit. The people at Swan were very helpful. From Gary at the office to Drilon, TJ, Chris, and Jamison who came to my home to replace my furnace, they were all professional, prompt and wonderful to work with. They even brought me some electric space heaters to use to heat my home until they could get my furnace installed and running. Great people and a great company, I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.I am not sure how to post a new review so I guess I just add to this one. I needed the water line hooked up to my new refrigerator. Chris came out and hooked up the water line. He was friendly and very professional. I always get great service from Swan and will continue to do business with them. They are a great company to do business with.August 2022 Tyler came to work on my a/c unit and get it all working again. Prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with - I am always pleased with the professionalism from all of the people at Swan.

We had a difficult plumbing emergency and the technician, Jorge, sent by Blue Sky was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and went about correcting it. The correction required a second scheduled service with specialized equipment. Blue Sky sent Jorge and a second technician, Troy, to complete the service. Both techs were very courteous and thoroughly explained the follow-up service. I am very satisfied by the work of these techs and would recommend them as well as the company to anyone.
