I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. If I could give them a negative number I would. I have made multiple (too many) phone calls requesting a corrected invoice so that my insurance company will reimburse me for the $11,000 dollars I paid them to fix a sewer line. State Farm has also made the requests. I just keep getting the runaround. I have used Royal Rooter many times in the past and they have always been excellent. Elite Rooter has been very UNreliable!!!
