We had a complete sump pump failure and ended up with 8-10 inches of water in our crawlspace. Malcom and Sean from Mile High Plumbing came in to handle this emergency-- from pumping out the standing water, to reconfiguring our sump pump system, to ensuring that the drainage was aligned properly, they did it all. He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

The Drain Terrier team has been a critical player in our kitchen remodel including replacing our 30 year old water heater and installing a new faucet and garbage disposal. I was in a panic when I went downstairs to find my basement flooded. My water heater had burst. Called Prime based on their incredible reviews and was not disappointed. The plumber showed up waded through the water and found the shutoff to my house. He was able to help me coordinate the water clean up and then returned next day to replace my water heater. I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
