I appreciated this because he didn't feed me what he thought it could be but really wanted to figure it out and called for advise. I would recommend this company for plumbing services. We will use them in the future.

I had a sewer line fail and he was quick to provide an estimate and we were able to schedule a couple days later even admist the holiday they made me feel like a priority. I had a full sewer line replacement and hot water heater and was very satisfied with Tipping Hat service and in particular Muris who guided me through the process.

Called for an appointment to look at water heater Chad called me when he was on his way. Showed up on time, with protective gear. Knowledgeable and professional.

Professional and prompt. Rico's crew dug up the old rotten drain under the basement floor that had collapsed, hauled away all the affected soil, replaced with new pipe and fill and concrete. Protected stairs, carpet, and adjoining areas. Cleaned up in a good manner, including outside. Started and finished in one day!

After Charlie replaced our water heater situation he mentioned that he was going to send an invoice. I followed up with him the next day regarding the invoice and letting him know that the water pressure in the bathroom was not working properly. Charlie just asked what name it should be under and didn’t respond to the water pressure issue. Two more days passed.. still no response, the grand total was reasonable but the customer service is not great.

Shane M. was prompt, curious and professional. He arrived on time, wore boot covers in the house and spent more time inspecting, cleaning and adjusting my furnace than anyone ever had. He was thorough and knowledgeable about my system and spent the time to walk me through the options I had with it. I would certainly recommend Shane for his services!
