Had a water heater that needed to be replaced for a family friend that doesn't speak English very well. The dispatcher, Andy, completely understood the situation and helped make me the authorized person for our friend. Marty was the technician that arrived and installed the water heater for us, he was very friendly, knowledge and efficient. He did a great job. Would use this company again for plumbing needs.

I had a furnace that had a component failure. Justin fixed the problem very quickly for the agreed price. There was no problem with the repair work whatsoever.The scheduling on the other hand was not good. When I called Doctor Fix it, the receptionist first offered me a 4-6 appointment or a 5-7 appointment but could not guarantee when the person would show up. I agreed to the 5-7 appointment. They then called me multiple times in the afternoon (at 1 and at 4) saying that a technician was ready to come over, but since I work a half an hour from my house, this was very annoying and I wasn't able to just leave work to meet them. I told them at 4 that I could be home at 4:30 and the service pro did show up at that time. Justin was very professional and figured out my problem quickly (a seized pump motor in my furnace).Since Justin needed to pick up parts from a supplier, he told me that he would need to come by the next morning and we agreed on 9:30am. I immediately wrote an email to my boss that I would be a little late but should still be in in the morning. 9:30am came and went and at 10:45am I called Justin to see where he was. He had taken another appointment and now I he would get to me within a couple of hours. He never called to tell me that my 9:30 was not going to happen, which completely wasted my morning. At noon he called me to tell me he would be by in an hour, and at 1:00 he finally showed up. The work only took him 10 minutes and seems to have been done just fine.Long story short, no issues with the work done but the scheduling was unnecessarily awful.
