Did the repair in record time and then found me a coupon on line to use towards payment. Gave me stickers for any future work I might be needing. We had a boiler failure that turned out to be a very complex job. We were lucky enough to get Alan Snyman, who is by far the most informed, passionate and driven technician one could hope for. Alan went above and beyond identifying all possible issues for our obscure model of tankless water heater / boiler and explained very step of the process, issues and next steps as it became clear that our issue was more complex than we had anticipated. In the end, Alan was able to repair our system over the course of two days at a price that we felt was very fair given the issues he encountered and the time he spend resolving them. Alan clearly values the customer relationship above all else and we will not use anyone but him for boiler work in the future.
