The services by DONE PLUMBING & HEATING was to find the problems causing the main drain to back up.It took 3 times visiting my home (the last time with a camera) to get an answer.All 3 technicians were tenacious, professional & AWESOME.​I would recommend any of the gentlemen...​Dalton Laurich​...​Caleb Ferris​​ ​& Austin Steinbach​ all professional, knowledgeable and kind .Austin Steinbach was the camera man. Seeing the actual route the waste took was a big help to my understanding.

John came out to inspect my furnace and change the filter. He also inspected my A/C and gave me a detailed, thorough report that ranked which issues needed immediate attention and which ones didn't or could wait. He was the most polite, professional service person to come to my home in a long time. I will be using Tipping Hat for all my HVAC and plumbing services going forward. Extremely impressed by this classy operation. 5 stars!

Seldom go into our unfinished basement and this evening discovered our sewer line had backed up. Not a pleasant discovery. Called Plumbline and they had someone at our home within an hour. Kallem was on time, respectful of us and our property, professionally presentable and friendly. He helped us understand everything he was doing and why, next steps and options and why. We’ll have another tech from their company out today to do some camera work (please oh please be good news) and go from there. Still have cleanup work to do, but we’re making progress. Thanks Kallem and Plumbline for making a stressful (and gross) situation a little better.

I have been contracting with AAARK Total home services for more than 15 years. I have had them do several significant jobs, for me on my rental property, my business and my personal home. I have had to call them out on several emergency calls over the years (not on their work) and they ALWAYS respond quickly. I have found the office staff professional and ALL the technicians to be expert's in their I field, do professional high quality honest work in a timely fashion, they always wear boot covers coming into my homes and ALWAYS clean up after themselves.

On two different occasions I was out of the country and depended, trusted AAARK and especially Titus T to just get it handled, on all of those jobs, one was a complete remodel on a rental property, I was always treated more than fair, whether is was a $100k job or a few $100.00, their professionalism was always the same. My friends and associates that I have referred them to have had the same experience.

Today when I need home services I wouldn't call any other company!

Ben with Golden West Plumbing was just the best plumbing service experience I have ever had. Ben went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing issue was addressed and also made sure my pipes were clean to prevent any future damage. Ben was also very informative in letting me know of future danger to my very old plumbing in my house and providing me with preventive measures I could take to provide longer life out of my plumbing. Charlie was a pleasure to work with. My request was somewhat obscure, in that I needed a hot water heater installed on my parked RV. He was prompt in scheduling and his communication was very transparent and up-front ,which made the odd request much easier to fulfill. He was very respectful of my time and determined to give me the most high quality service and products in fixing my RV. I appreciate his commitment to quality work and his commitment to making sure his customer is completely satisfied. I am 110% pleased with the service and the customer service! Russ our technician was great. He assessed the situation and then discussed with me his diagnose at which point we discussed what was nice to do versus what needed to be done and he proceeded to write up the work order. He was neat and clean and kept all his materials (tools and supplies) near him at all times and I was grateful for that as having children and dogs I did not want things just laying around. After he finished we both looked at his work and tested it several times to make sure the problem was solved. He then cleaned up all his gear and left my bathroom in perfect condition!Thanks, Russ.Pete.
