I've had Done out usually for annual furnace services, but had the pleasure of working with them to install a new water heater, and water service line for my refrigeratorService Techs were great, and were in and out in a flash, and took the time to show me what was installed, how it works, and some tips. Andrew Lawrence was my furnace technician for our annual furnace inspection. He was prompt, very courteous, and explained his inspection in detail. He took time and offered helpful pointers relating to my furnace filter. Very wonderful young man!! Great employee and hope he stays with Plumbline!

The service technician Isaiah was great. He asked the questions he needed to get him started and quickly resolved the issue. Even when met with the challenge of an old building he tackled it with a confidence that gives me peace that it was done well.

Nice guy came to give a quote to replace tankless water heater I’ll give two stars cause the guy was nice about trying to straight rob me 10,000 to replace tankless!!! water gas lines already there wanted to change vent nothing that would have taken more then half hour these guys must charge 1000 plus for labor per hour!!! come on man is anyone dumb enough to pay 10000 for tankless swap

Maybe I was extremely unlucky, but they cancelled appointments on me 2 times in a row the day of the appointment after I had scheduled everything around them showing up. The first one I scheduled over a month in advance, and got a call saying they had to cancel and reschedule 30 min before arrival. OK so we schedule a week and a half later, again to cancel the day of. If you are short staffed don't book more than you can handle. Or at a minimum tell me before the day of that people are out sick.
