We lost our air conditioning. The technician showed up on time to evaluate it and my furnace. Both are 18 years or older and needed replacements. The tech took the time to show me all the problems with both systems. Physically showing me the problems so i could make a knowledgeable decision on my next path.We decided to replace both units and that's when we got the quote. It was almost half of what i thought it would be. They had several units to choose from and different payment options.Next was scheduling the job. We figured a week to wait in the hot August sun. Called for an annual AC tune up. The window for arrival was sometime between 8am - 5pm, so I’m basically held hostage in my house all day. I got a call and a text that Abbas, my technician, was in his way and 20 minutes away. He was professional and I don’t have any problem with the work that he performed. I mean, I don’t know anything about HVAC systems so I assume he did a fine job. But I could not understand this man very well at all. He spoke English but it was broken and not easy to understand. There were several things that he tried explaining and instructions that he tried to give me on how to best operate the system. I understood none of it. It was pretty frustrating.

My AC condenser unit started running during the last Arctic cold streak we had and the only way to stop it was pulling the circuit breaker. It was really odd and I figured My HVAC needed some TLC. I called Blue Sky and got an appointment the next day. I got an text telling me that Ben was on his way. Super professional and fast. There were two pretty big issues that got taken care of quickly and now the system runs smoothly and quietly. Now I hopefully don’t have to worry about having a HVAC breakdown this summer. Had Chris from Golden West come in for an estimate. Holy mackerel, these guys know their stuff. I'm really happy to see a company like this around. 100% effort and no pressure sales tactic. I love and appreciate that kind of interaction when I'm trying to find options for my home. We have an old boiler and will be having Golden West replace it and our water heater with a combination unit. I'll update when the system is in, right now I am so blown away by the top notch service we're getting from Golden West, just wow!

This is the third time I have had Dr. Fix it come to my home. Each time I was pleased.Jullian, Ben and Josh were very helpful, polite and professional.They cleaned up nicely and were on time.They were cleaning my vents and dryer. They cleaned behind the washer and dryer and Josh went beyond the call there for sure.Ben was great with my dog which helped a lot.Jillian was amazing in how he took the time to explain things and was very thorough. Seems to have real leadership abilities.All three were so nice and felt comfortable with them in my home.
