I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Tipping Hat. I am a new homeowner and have heard all the horror stories of less than stellar contractors so I was worried when I knew I needed to find someone right away I was a little wary of trying to find a trustworthy plumber… BUT LET ME TELL YOU— from start to finish Tipping Hat went above and beyond! They made sure I understood the problem and within 10 minutes of being on site had 3 options ready for me to choose from to try to tackle the problem and explained the pros and cons of each one. Total transparency. That put me at ease. The VERT NEXT Day they came back and and gutted my outdated pipes and put in new ones and were finished the same day! I couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship, the professionalism of their employees, and the price.They will be my first and only call anytime I need HVAC/Plumbing work in the future. Xena and Brett whom responded were professional and positive and represented Plumbline in the best manner. They know their business and kept us informed all along. A main sewer line failure is a serious situation. Plumbline was responsive to our requests and, although I could have had the work done cheaper by waisting time and shopping around, I wanted it done immediately. They did the work and we're gone in three days. I was willing to pay for this. Overall positive experience with this company.

Denver Plumbing Consultants are great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when the issue was diagnosed very quickly they did not charge the whole hour fee. They fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for a reasonable fee.

Called for an appointment to look at water heater Chad called me when he was on his way. Showed up on time, with protective gear. Knowledgeable and professional.

Golden West repaired several items on our Dunkirk boiler recently and did an excellent job. This is the third time we've used them for a variety of plumbing and HVAC issues and each time they really excelled in service and product. Chris V was our tech/project manager and could not have been more personable and competent. As before, after evaluating the the situation of no heat, we were provided with two options. We chose the more expensive option in that it provided several upgrades in efficiency and performance. The repairs were done within several hours...most appreciated on a very cold day with no heat. Also most appreciated were the numerous text and phone call updates sent by Barbara on tech arrival times, etc. I think I received 4 updates. In all, another great experience with Golden West.

Everyone we worked with from the phone service to the technicians were so professional, honest and helpful. I got quotes from 3 other companies and this was the most professional best price and best service. we are so pleased with the product and service. Highly recommend Doctor fix it!!

Joel was great he was VERY professional, walked me through everything he was doing and why. He let me ask questions and answered with the utmost respect and directions. Very glad to know there are companies out there with excellent service people. He cleaned up after and during the service performed. He worked very hard as to figure out what the actual problem was.
I just wished he would have started with the main line that would have saved extra time and money for me. But all in all he just went by what I told him. I'll know better next time.
