I called and Sammy came out and diagnosed my water heater with a faulty, I am going to call it a control box. My water heater is under warranty still, so he started the process to have it fixed. Vaughn and Nick came out 3 days later. The got the part on Friday came on Monday. To repair the water heater. All the employees that I have been in contact with at Spartan are amazing.

They came the same day. Great service. Unfortunately they didnt fix the problem. But I will call them again and see.

If you want a company that is unable to arrive during their scheduled window time, not once, but twice in a row, this is your company! Do half stoned kids that look like they are a few days out of high school and just picked up a summer gig to get away from Mom give you all the confidence in the world? Then don't hesitate to give them a ring! Sit around all day and watch paint dry while they don't arrive to their appointment, you'll be glad you did! In all seriousness, I would contact actual professionals for your repair work, not whatever this company is pretending to be.

Totally unacceptable, I made an appointment with Plumbline 3 days ago for them to come out and diagnose an open low pressure switch, my appointment window was 1-5pm today (Wed). At 4:45 pm I still had not received the promised call from a technician 30-45 min before their arrival so I call them.The first person who answered the phone had no idea what was going on I have no information for you, and when I received a call back I was told that their technicians are busy, can't come, and the next available appointment is Saturday! My AC hasn't worked in a week and the temperature will be in the 90's for the next 3 days!I received no apologies, and they were unwilling to adjust anything on their end to get me in sooner. Apparently it's my problem that they just can't cover all of the appointments that they make and they can't be bothered to proactively reach out to the customers when they can't honor an appointment.BEWARE: There is no such thing as a confirmed appointment from Plumbline.

This company made my home a priority and got the job done fast and efficiently. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to everyone needing repairs or maintenance!

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.

We had an unexpected leak in our kitchen and Chris was on it! He and his team located and fixed the leak quickly which saved our kitchen from having any real damage. We're very grateful!
