So initially I was very impressed by the responsiveness of their administrative staff and the ease of setting up appointments but after I had had them come out once to clear a drain which by the way they did an okay job on. I ended up realizing that I was going to probably have to replace a sewer line and on top of that randomly a pipe broke in the house and started leaking. I had them quote me on replacing the full sewer line and on replacing the pipe that was broken the sewer line I was quoted $5,000 more than a dedicated sewer line place that did a much better job of explaining what was going on and why and on the main line I was quoted more than twice as much and when the guy came out from Done he quoted me $400 just to take off a small piece of drywall that took me 4 minutes to cut through with a knife and look at the actual repair that was needed ultimately I would definitely shop around before using them again. The other thing that irks me about the quote was the plumber said he would have to remove my whole water heater which would cost $1,800 to take it out and put it back just so he could replace the pipe and that was on top of the $400 for the drywall and the other plumber didn't have to do any of that didn't have to touch the water heater and was perfectly able to fix the pipe in two hours..not the full day i was quoted.

They come to the home to quote without charge if you decide to go elsewhere. Their estimate was right around what I was expecting to pay, even a little cheaper than other quotes i received.
They even were able to give me a quote and options for a future project I am wanting to do.

There was a little bit of miscommunication on appointment timing at first, but rescheduled for first in the morning and had no problems :)

Paul did a great job explaining everything to us. Out floor drain under our washer and dryer clogged and flooded parts of our basement. It was wonderful service. They called and let me know a half an hour before they would arrive. Paul was fast, efficient, and friendly. I only gave four stars because I felt the $359.00 was a little steep. But it comes with a 6 month warranty, so that softened the blow a bit.

Kevin and Caleb, the sewer clean out and scoping professionals, respectively, were fantastic, they were on time, genuinely nice, professional and fast. I would absolutely use them again

My air-conditioning went out on a Saturday afternoon. Good luck getting anybody to come out on the weekends (in July) in a responsive way. I have a contract with another provider, and they couldn’t come out until Tuesday afternoon, so because of the ads Plumbline runs, and because I used to use them at a different home, I gave them a call to see if they had someone available and they showed up in two hours. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes and was out the door (@Abbas for being professional and fast) . Also, they have a great website where you can book your appointment online and even attach a video describing the problem, so I didn’t even talk to anyone to book it. So great. Totally going to call plumbline from now on. Thank you!
