7 am toilet issue! Arrived promptly. Fixed the toilet in a snap! Gave me a good quote on my kithchen sink replacement. Gave a host of good tips for the house as the house was vacant for years before i moved in. I needed a toilet fixed on Labor Day. I called expecting someone to respond after the holiday. They not only answered the phone (happily) when I called, but sent Dallas the same day in about an hour after I called. Nice knowledgeable guy who got the job done. My only complaint is the price of parts, but that's not their fault.

There are grwat items in the store but there is so much clutter and stacked to the ceiling that you can not walk through the store or fully see the items.

Our water heater developed a leak, we need to change our the water softener and get soft water in both hot and cold water in house. They were great to work with, knowledgeable and outgoing. Job well done!!!!!

The tech came on time and looked at my problem. Pretty much told me my faucet needed to be replaced. He gave me 3 estimates. Because he really didn’t do much. He didn’t charge me for coming out. The tech was nice and professional.

Paul was fantastic. Even though we scheduled a two hour window, he showed up exactly on time. Once here he did a complete walkthrough and estimate of this issues we were having. He was very honest about a drip in my sink and didn’t try to bill me for something unnecessary. After he replaced two valves, he noticed my hoses were seized onto their faucets and helped me to get those removed, once again as a courtesy. Great guy, great educator, use Paul!

Was quoted $700 for a project that took 30 min after watching a Youtube video. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
