Needless to say, those rated this highly are in great demand, yet Wes was willing and able to work us into his busy schedule to complete a relatively small job. They came promptly at the end of an already-long work day, evaluated our situation, provided us with an estimate, and, when we accepted, they did the job on the spot! We appreciated and enjoyed the fact that Wes explained every step of the process, and taught us the proper way to start up the sprinkler system. While here, Wes and Kevin also verified that our overall water pressure was within acceptable limits. The work was done professionally, efficiently, at an extremely reasonable cost, and, when finished, cleanup was immaculate. We'll be using Adams Plumbing for all of our future needs, and just wish we had discovered Wes sooner!

Jeff showed up today and reviewed all the work done lining the sewer line. He was clear and knowledgeable and gave me some advice re future maintenance. I would like him to come back and do the work we talked about.

They charged me $337 to clear a shower drain. This is very expensive for the service.

I had a sewer line backflow due to some major root obstruction. I was told by other service providers that it was impossible to break through and that I needed a dual cleanout installed. The quotes I received were between $3k-$7k. When I reached out to SLO through Yelp, I was contacted right away from someone in their office, even though they were technically closed (from the hours I saw). Morgan was so responsive and she arranged for a technician to come to my home to assess the situation, and give an estimate on what the cleanout installation would cost.
We didn't even need to get that far.
Jackson asked if I'd like him to try another scope with their camera (for free) and see if there's a possibility that their machine could do the cleanout. Once he determined that the obstruction wasn't as bad as the others had concluded, he suggested he try to do the cleanout with their machine. He was very articulate and confident in his explanations, but not pushy at all. He was able to clear the obstruction in a short amount of time, but stayed longer to do a thorough check to make sure that there wasn't anything else of concern. Before he left, he went through some findings with me and advised that he will be sending a summary with the full recorded video to me tonight.
After about 5+ days without being able to flush/drain anything, and numerous plumbers immediately providing me with very expensive solutions, Jackson was able to fix the issue for only $350. It seemed too good to be true, but from what I've read about SLO in other reviews, looks like this is not out of the ordinary for them.
Morgan was so helpful and Jackson was absolutely professional. The way this was handled by SLO really seemed to be in my favor as a customer, and not as an opportunity to make a lot of money off the job. Others scared me into thinking that the only way to fix this is to pay the thousands of dollars, otherwise I'd be worse off. The integrity and good ethics SLO used when doing business showed through, and I will be using them for future situations like this.

I wasn't really sure what to expect, having picked Green Plumbing by Yelping for plumbers in the Highlands Ranch area. Called to make an appointment, spoke to James, and very quickly had a date scheduled.

Ryan showed up as scheduled, went over the work I'd wanted done, looked into it, came up with an estimate and explained what he observed, what he recommended, and the estimated cost. These were all very reasonable, so I gave the go ahead - had a balky kitchen faucet and shut off valves and a house shutoff valve replaced. Ryan then proceeded to do the work and finished much faster than he thought he would ---- and then dropped the cost of repairs to reflect the fact that he needed less time than thought!

Everything about the entire process - from making the appointment, getting the work done, and the actual end results (over a week later) - was about as excellent as one could have hoped for.

These guys did an amazing job. They fixed an issue that another plumber left us to deal with and were very gracious and responsive. Highly recommend.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
