Working with Thomas was a great experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the issue. We came to find out that the issue was not plumbing related and did not need his services. However, for future purposes, I have found a great plumber.

We had a sewer line clog that had backed up our (only) toilet and the bathroom sink over Labor Day weekend. Within less then two hours of calling Hyper Flow on a Sunday, they were at my house with all the necessary equipment. Carlos came and was extremely nice and very professional. He worked quickly, explained everything he was doing, invited my husband to watch the live camera scope and provided us the flash drive with the recording afterwards. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
