Done sent John Blair to our home because we had a leak coming from a pipe above the hot water heater. He arrived earlier than expected which was a good thing and greatly appreciated. We were really hoping we wouldn't need a new hot water heater, but ultimately after being presented with all the information we determined that we needed a new hot water heater. This was installed efficiently and courteously. John was great and we would not hesitate to utilize his services again. Thanks!

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

This was a rather interesting experience. I had non-emergent issues with my boiler. The guys came out, and recommended a maintenance service so they could, “go through everything and find the problem.” I hadnt had it done, so I agreed. It became clear that my unit was being used as a training exercise for a new guy. When they were done, I was assured that the leaking gauge was just a temporary fluke, the parts expand and it’s not leaking now. Weird. On top of it, they charged the expensive trip fee even though they had done a service. Better businesses dont do that, in my experience, but I’ll take the blame for not asking in advance. If I had, I’d probably have sent them away without doing any work. I started the boiler the next day, and of course it started leaking again. I called to complain, and they told me it was tough luck about the trip charge but they would generously waive the next one if they came back out again because of an issue with their work. I wasnt going back for a second burn, and I paid another company to do my repair. Caveat emptor!

Marcus is a plumber with Befort Plumbing. He did an exceptionally good job installing our new water heater. He is knowledgeable and very dedicated and devoted to doing an exceptionally good job. Many thanks to Marcus.......I will use him when ever a plumbing problem arises.

In my former job I used Denver Plumbing Consultants to renovate the plumbing in two commercial buildings, and have used them at my personal residence several times as well. I've not a seen a company more committed to providing good service, which can be especially rare for plumbers. They've always been on time and courteous.

Our technician was the best. He was knowledgeable beyond any tech we have ever dealt with, regardless of company. He strove for , and achieved, perfection in bring our brand new AC unit into conformance with the Xcel rules for receiving a rebate. Additionally, his ability to explain what was going on was exceptional. I never felt stupid or uninformed. He is a credit to Blue Sky .

I had JDs come out last week because my AC stopped working. Adam was very nice and thoroughly explained what the issues were. The price to get my air conditioner back and running was very reasonable, and it’s cooling the house so much better than it has been in the past few years! With a newborn in the home, it was great that they could get me serviced so fast too!

Andy saved our lives! Well not literally but he saved us from our apartments unbearable heat which is almost equivalent. We had a problem with our AC unit and actually had another company come by and take a look the week before who told us this would be an impossible project and would cost us over 10k... we were pretty devastated and were preparing to be without heat for the next few months.THANK GOD we decided to call Golden West!! As soon as Andy stepped foot into our apartment I could tell that he was here to give us clear answers about what exactly is wrong and how to fix it. Turns out our thermostat was broken which was a pretty easy fix to get our AC up and running again.It was very impressive not only how detail oriented Andy was, but how well versed he was in how thermostats work and communicate. He was able to explain the situation to me so that I understood what was going on and immediately fix the faulty thermostat that same day!! It was truly incredible.This experience has renewed my faith in HVAC companies. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Will not provide upfront pricing. Had to pay $75 just to get a quote. Call someone else. Avoid this company at all costs.
