Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! The plumber who showed up today was very professional. He switched out a leaky faucet, fixed a running toilet, and gave us a quote for a (serious) drainage problem outside of our house. He was focused and professional throughout. We highly recommend Denver Plumbing.

We needed to replace an old AC condenser fan motor with a new one we ordered to spec online. Blue Sky responded very promptly, listening to our request, and explaining exactly what part of a service visit would be under warranty. Specialist Dan was dispatched, who provided a reasonable estimate, and replaced the motor in a very timely, professional, and courteous manner, including checking all components that might affect the behavior of the motor. We had to call JD's out to our home again for the 3rd time in 2years. This time it was a terrible water leak.
Al, our park maintenance guy shut down our water main to prevent further damage. He allowed us to fill up on water first.
after contacting JD's Plumbing, a technician named Dave was out bright and early around 8:am and went right to work. After some trouble shooting Dave found the culprit. It was the hot water valve inside our valve box directly behind the washing machine. It had corroded and broke open causing the leak. Dave worked up the cost and gave us every discount he could knowing we were on a tight budget. After agreeing to the cost and signing the contract Dave went right to work. 2 hrs later he was done. Dave did a great job. He talked to my husband during the repairs explaining everything he was doing. When he was done he cleaned up after watching our system for about 20 minutes to make sure all issues we resolved, which they were. My husband paid Dave and he left.
I can't say enough good things about JD's and their employees. All of them from September who was office staff to Scott Visser and his partner who replaced our furnace in Jan 2021 to Adam who found a very usual problem in Nov. 2021 causing our new furnace to falter to Dave, today, who replaced the water valves behind our washing machine causing a terrible water leak.
This is a great company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

To The T Plumbing was awesome. My elderly parents were preparing to leave for the winter and as we were shutting down- we realized that we had a clogged toilet and it was coming up in the basement.
We called To The T Plumbing and they sent Kyle out right away and he was very professional, respectful, clean and got us going within an hour.
