Great service and solved our problems and made suggestions to keep our septic and sewer drains to last longer. Fast response to a plumbing emergency. Good service and communication during the initial problem. We ended up needing over a week of service for multiple problems. The excavation team and supervisor was pretty bad with ongoing communication throughout the service, they said they would come the next day (a Friday), and I moved my work and kids schedule around to be home and they never showed up, no call, nothing. We didn't see them back until Tuesday. Seemed on the pricey side, and a little like they were taking advantage of our situation to give us a high price. Despite that, all employees except one we worked with were prompt, friendly and felt safe since I have small children around. Glad they are open 24hrs and on weekends, as our initial flooding was 6pm on Easter Sunday!

We have been using A Perfect Plumber since 2019, when we had a leak in our shower drain. They have performed work on our boiler - replacing a zone valve most recently - and a host of plumbing work. The steps they take to diagnose a problem and fix it show methodical and logical work. They also explain to you what they are doing and why. And when they finish the job, it's done right. I wish all tradespeople were as professional and thorough as the folks at A Perfect Plumber.
And the office staff is very caring and will send someone out earlier than scheduled if they finish a job early. Susan is wonderful to work with.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
