Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! Jr. and Hunter were tasked with the repairs who provided excellent, quality work and so courteous.None of the above was related to typical services rendered by Blue Sky however, all involved were excellent representatives of a professional and integral business! The furnace wasn't working quite right, it would come on but the heat wasn't always coming out very warm. Went with Golden West on a recommendation. They get the system up and running again. So in that respect they did great.However unless your furnace is in the most easily accessible location don't use them, they upcharge to get up into the attic and it doesn't seem consistent on when they charge for that extra fee. They certainly didn't charge my friend when they had to crawl in to access his furnace.Yes, I could've turned them away when I was made aware of it after they arrived. But come on, it was cold out and we needed a furnace working properly. Definitely felt like a bait and switch
