Their “emergency after hours” visit rate was $129, which wasn’t too far above other normal rates.Their follow up process from appointment set to visit was seamless and timely.Carlos showed up on time, wearing a mask, with clear direction on what he needed from me to help. He was courteous, informative, and found a solution for our broken AC unit QUICK!I appreciated that he gave a thumbs up on what we DIDN’T need, which built trust in going with what we DID need.I would have hired him for the work, but Golden West wanted far too much money for the true labor it would take to swap out a capacitor.
