Sean came out about an hour or so after we called and resolved a stubborn plumbing issue for us. He was respectful and careful to be clean with his work. Great experience and I won't hesitate to use these guys going forward.

I’ve been arguing with myself on whether or not to post this, but I feel like my experience has been less than spectacular. I called Drain Terrier last week to come and give me a quote for replacing some floor drains (as they kept backing up and the drains have seen better days). When I called, I was promptly scheduled for a mid-morning appointment. Lisa and Savannah were both super nice and professional. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I get a call about 30 minutes before my appointment that other jobs are taking longer than expected and was asked if we could move my appointment back (understandable, and I mean, I get it). So my appointment was moved back by a few hours. This happened one more time that day and my technicians, Gary and another, finally came around 4-5 pm. They were friendly and courteous and listened to what I was concerned about. They didn’t have the proper equipment with them to scope my floor drains so we scheduled another appointment for the following day. The next day, Gary and a different guy, show up right on time and with the right equipment. They quickly scoped my floor drains and found two really bad dips and really bad scaling/corrosion within the cast iron and recommended replacing all cast iron in my basement. I requested a quote for that and they mentioned that I would receive the scope video in my email shortly after my appointment. Fast forward a week, my sewer has backed up a couple more times and I’ve had a couple other plumbers out to give me quotes (doing my due diligence, they’re actually pretty competitively priced) and I still have not received a scope video. I’ve called and been told twice that “we will have it to you by the end of the day.” We will see if I actually ever get it. Due to the issues above, I would probably not recommend this company to a friend nor use their services again.

We have now had O'Conner Plumbing do two jobs for us and I can't say enough how nice, professional and reliable they are. Their prices are also very reasonable which doesn't happen often when looking for a plumber.

Can’t say enough about Tyler, Scott, and Rich at TYCO!! Scott fixed a leaky faucet a couple of months ago and was absolutely wonderful. When the installers for our water softening system told us our 6 year old water heater should be replaced because it gave off a small amount of gas, I called TYCO for a second opinion. Rich came out, tested it, and reassured me that it was perfectly fine ALL AT NO CHARGE! They truly are the most knowledgeable and honest company around!

UPDATE to my earlier review. I continue to think these plumbers are the best in the biz. I've now had them out to our house three times, and they are always on-time, hard-working, good at explaining what's happening and have great prices. FIVE STARS! Love them! /// These guys are great. Ryan came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue in my bathroom, cleared the sink and answered all my questions well—at a totally affordable cost. He was very nice (and helpful and understanding when our crazy cat jumped into the crawl space, LOL!). Highly recommend this company; I'll be calling them again whenever we have a plumbing issue. Five stars!
