There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

When my sump pump stopped working, James was there for me every step of the way. After assisting with water removal arrangements, he put in the new pump. Maintain a respectful and polite demeanor at all times. He was quite concerned that I was happy with everything.

My experience with Blue Sky was exceptional! My water heater began leaking (2 year old unit) and I contacted the original installer for replacement since the unit was under warranty from the manufacturer (12 year warranty/3 year labor warranty); the company not only seemed clueless that they installed the unit but they told me that a tech would come out to look at things and maybe a new unit could be installed the following week.This resolution was not acceptable to me so, I contacted Blue Sky after I spoke to Rheem's warranty department and I was told that I could file a claim for reimbursement myself and use any installer I preferred. I spoke with April at Blue Sky, explained my situation and she facilitated replacement of my water heater the next day. The tech, Bill, that arrived at our home was very friendly, knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in his workmanship.I am very pleased with Blu Sky and would recommend them to my friends and family! Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
