My family has worked with Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc for several years. Before moving into my apartment, I hired them to review the heating and cooling system. Their team replaced the AC and offered the required repairs to the water heater. Thanks to their team for ensuring my comfort and safety in my new home.

I was happy to find this company on Yelp. They had great reviews (now I know why). Even before they came to instill I had 5 requests to review via text and email. Since then I have had an additional 5 requests. I was annoyed by this because the team did an amazing job and I was going to be happy to review them but after being harassed to do it I was not happy. That aside the team and the work was amazing. They were able to come give me an estimate the same day I called and complete the install 2 days later. They were very clean and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Brandon did my estimate and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Floyd did great with the electrical and went above and beyond with helping me set of the thermostat on my phone and wifi. Great team, bad marketing.

Matt arrived at 12:45 for the 1 to 5 PM appointment slot. I requested Matt after great experience in our home, to help my parents resolve a ceiling fan that wasn’t working. After about 15.minutes, he determined the remote control module had failed and temporarily wired the fan to work with the wall switch.The only charge was the $99 VIP membership, which provides 15% all services, priority scheduling and other benefits for 1 year. My parents who are 91 & 88 are delighted with every aspect of the service received.On 3/27/2023 Dominic arrived to research a loud noise & rattling in the pipes when multiple fixtures in one corner of my parents home were used. He determined the 20+ year old water pressure control valve had failed, provided a quote for the work and replaced it in about an hour down in the crawl space. Dominic was very professional, respectful and does excellent work.

I could not have asked for a nicer technician to come to my home and spend 2 hours servicing and cleaning my HVAC unit. Zane was professional, friendly and patient with all my questions. He was thorough and I watched him meticulously clean all of the equipment. Fantastic service! I'll be a return customer for sure!

This was a weekend emergency call for a leak originating in an upstairs bathroom and running into a basement bedroom. I was able to get a same day appointment within 2 hours of my morning call. Eric showed up on time and found the problem quickly. He explained the problem and solution. He was very thorough and completed the job quickly. He answered all my questions professionally. Bruce from AAARK came to my house to work on the bath tub diverter. He did all he could to fix the existing tub spout, but it was to old and damaged . He and his co-worker Travis were both professional and polite. They stayed beyond 5 pm to get the work done. They were up front with my price options and at no time made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I have used this company before for other work and have never had a bad experience.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
