I have used A Perfect Plumber on my various single family and multi-family properties since 2009. I am a licensed real estate agent and I was first introduced to them when I needed a sewer line clean-out for an inspection objection on a property sale. As I moved into acquiring multi-family properties, my plumbing needs included a sewer line replacement, a boiler installation and all of the corresponding plumbing services, support and maintenance. Recently (2022) I was preparing to sell one of my holdings and I brought in their boiler team to insure my boilers, side-arm water heaters and ducting were all up to code and in excellent operating condition. They made recommendations which were substantial in nature. I had small cracks I had not previously noticed in my ducting that could have been leaking carbon monoxide into my boiler room. They performed needed repairs and replaced all of the ducting prior to me putting the property on the market. I subsequently sold this particular complex and the new owner commented on the excellent condition that the boilers (4) and the ducting were in. It is difficult to find a company with the expertise, reliability and ethics that A Perfect Plumber has demonstrated. I wholeheartedly recommend them, whether you have simple or complex plumbing needs.

I had a leak that was hard to find, I had two other plumbers come out and half heartily try to find it. Then I called Hurricane and worked with Juan, he came out and worked with me to find the source of the leak. He knew his stuff, he was honest, and he was considerate of the cost. He ended up fixing the drain and all is good now.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

It was so hot in our kitchen. Turns out the AC ducts were disconnected and broken. They pointed out the problem quickly and quoted me a much more reasonable price than the big guys. They work fast, don’t leave a mess, and now the kitchen is cold again. Relief! Thank you so much

Great guys. We had a broken 10-year-old water heater. Allan gave us options - fix the problem and the heater might last another few years or replace it and get the peace of mind of knowing you've got at least another 10 years before you have to think about it again. When we opted for the replacement they were able to get it done the same day and the price of the job was very reasonable. They only work with the best products including Bradford White water heaters which are only available to professionals, are made in America, and their warranty is one of the best in the business. They're a little more expensive than those available at a big box store, but you get what you pay for. Think about it. If you have a catastrophic failure of your water heater the free bucks you saved getting a cheaper heater will be a fraction compared to the cost of a flooded basement.

If you're looking for a high quality job, in a timely fashion, from a company with integrity, these are your guys.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I sat in front of the house for 1 hour when our appointment was scheduled, turns out it was scheduled for a different time that day even though the confirmation they sent us said otherwise. AFTER THAT, they moved the appointment for 2 hours later, then an hour later they sent a confirmation stating they rescheduled the appointment for a random time the following day without even contacting us. Called the company to ask what was going on and said “our supervisor is busy on another job today and there is nothing we can do for you”. Called a different company the same day and had everything handled within a couple hours in a professional manner AND a cheaper price. DO NOT USE this company.

The expert from Emergency Plumbers Denver LLC was able to show up after speaking to the dispatcher. He was calm and skillful in his work. He managed to fix the problem quickly and even cleaned up the site after work.…

Yesterday, I had a leaky shower and Jon picked up when I called. He was very friendly and got me an appointment that same day even though he was booked out. He ended up making it by 1 pm and fixing my very old shower knob. His price was on the lower end compared to what I found online for the typical repair cost for this issue (including the service fee into that price). He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot. I will definitely be calling him again next time I'm in a bind! Thank you Jon for your great service!
