Had Jeremiah from A Perfect Plumber out to clear a blockage in a drain pipe and he was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I was happy with their pricing and the fact they didn't try to upcharge or talk me into having work done that was unnecessary. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

They work with American home sheild. I made a claim becaise my water heater died. A guy came out and stated there were some code violations with the previous install and some extra work would need to be done. He was pretty quick to say the home warranty wouldn't cover it.

He said he had to make some calls and while he was out I checked my warranty, covers code violations and improper installations. The guy comes back and says they need to submit to the warranty company but they'll get approval that day. That day passes.

Today, the next day, I realize it's now the afternoon and still no word. So I call. No answer. Called 2 more times and left a message. No return phone call.

Call the home warranty company and they say the claim was denied. Asked why if I have the proper coverage and turns out, crown plumbing spun some crazy story about my crawl space collapsing which caused the claim to be denied.

Guess they're lazy and didn't want the job?
