Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Our old hot water heater developed a leak, and Todd's came out the very next afternoon (within 24 hours of contacting them) and installed a new hot water heater. Very professional installation and worksite clean when they were done. Very pleased with their response time and workmanship. I have more plumbing projects, and will most likely use them again.

Jeremi was prompt, efficient, friendly, and neat. He was thorough in completing his job - he didn't rush through it to get it done. After completion, he checked the work several times to assure everything was working properly. Finally, he did an exceptional job in clean-up to my total amazement. And two hours of his hard work cost me $99. The previous time I hired a plummer (employed by a different company) for two hours it cost me well over $800 and no clean-up was provided. My wife told our neighbor what a good job he did and she said she will call Doctor Fix-it to come out and fix a similar problem of hers.

This is actually the second time that Nate has come to our house and helped with our swamp cooler. Last summer, our motor broke and he came out and helped. This year, our water lines in our swamp cooler had busted and were causing leaking into our bathroom. He was thorough and incredibly polite. He cleaned up after himself and gave me a very complete explanation of what was wrong. He even offered for me to get on the roof and take a look so I could see for myself. I settled for climbing the ladder and looking from a small distance. But he was quick, thorough and so very nice.
