Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Mike helped us out, big time! Courteous, knowledgeable, and was even engaging with my 4 y/o who turned into the riddler as soon as he arrived to repair the disposal!

Had an appointment schedule for 10am and Jonathon called and said he could be about an hour earlier which was great for me. He assessed the situation, and based on my long term goal to remodel the whole area in the next several years, he provided a cost effective solution and quote. Charlie was awesome! I live out of State and one of my rentals water heater was not producing hot water. Got a hold of Charlie on a Saturday, he went over within a few hours and told me the problem and gave me my options at no charge. He was so professional and helpful! Definitely would recommend Charlie for any water heater needs!

Technician Shane C. is a very pleasant fellow. After exhausting all my own attempts to reset my furnace thermostat myself without success, I called Dr Fix-It to repair it. This was a chilly Saturday and the outside temperature was in the 30's F while the temp inside my house was around 55 F. I felt fortunate that Dr Fix-It was able to send a technician that same day to look at it. Shane arrived on time and diagnosed the malfunction with no problem. He didn't have the necessary part on hand so made arrangements to return a few days later at a convenient time of my choosing. The thing that I really appreciated was that he was able to make a temporary 'fix' to keep the house warm until our appointment. He had a coupon worth $59 dollars that he applied to my bill. Since I didn't even know about the coupon and he didn't have any obligation to give it to me, I thought it was very honest of him to do that. I would recommend this company to others in my predicament
