Best Sewer Replacement in Denver CO

Christopher Rowe and Aaron came out to give me an estimate on installing an electrical outlet to change out my gas stove for an electric stove. To my surprise they discovered I already had an electric outlet and line tucked behind my gas stove. They were on time, professional, and throughly checked everything out. We contacted Defense due to a leak coming from an outdoor spigot. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were so quick to respond and were able to come out the next day. The plumber was very nice, professional, and did quick and excellent work. Dealing with them was such an easy experience, we have already reached out for another job and will continue to. Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough & helpful to me. I really appreciate that.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Horrific. Jason came out, did a piss poor job on our shower handle installation. He did not caulk and the handle was not lined up with the wall. When we called Crown to have them come look at the job he did, they sent Jason again who walked right through my house, into my bathroom, snapped photos of the job and said, that's how we do it, if you don't like it then you need to caulk it yourself and you'll have to rip out the and retile the wall. Previous shower installation lined on the wall and was caulked just fine. He was arrogant, rude, and lacked customer service. Called Crown to try and resolve issue and am waiting on response. Do not do business with Crown.
