We have had plumbers from Spartan come out to our older condo several times to fix or diagnose various issues. Both Randy and TJ have been extremely professional. They have gone above and beyond; in one case even checking with a neighbor to find the source. They have been more than fair with pricing. We would certainly hire them again. (And our dog likes them.)

Recently they sent K.C. and Sam out; our sink drain was clogged and it was backing up into our dishwasher. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly.

They took a look and told me some not great news which was to save my money up because I'm going to need to replace all of the pipes in my house, and soon. I called them up about 4 months later ready to take on the project. Adam remembered me after just a few details and came out the next day, gave me my estimate, and started the project 2 days later. They were considerate of my work schedule and on top of all of our requests. They installed a new toilet for me during the project and added a water line to my fridge, both without any extra charge. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had direct communication with the team and timely updates from them throughout the project. Its obvious these guys are experts and I'm so glad to have them as a resource. I'm very impressed and pleased. Plus, you couldn't meet a friendlier group of individuals. Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

Water heater went out on Sunday. Went through Home Depot and got routed to them. Called Monday morning at 8am. Website said that if we called before noon, we might get same day appointment. Because of size of water heater we got next day appointment. Over the phone, sales person said 3pm to 6pm is appointment window. E-mail later said 4pm to 6pm on Tuesday. Received a call just after 430pm on Tuesday that techs were running behind and can’t make appointment. They could reschedule for Friday. I asked for alternatives so we could get someone out: emergency repair, pay extra, after hours, schedule, anything. All I could get out of them was because of my location, it’s hard for them to get people out there. Keep in mind I live in a large city. Friday is the best they can do, no leeway. Basically, they did nothing to retain my business and never really cared that they had to cancel appointment.
