I've used Horizon Services every year since we bought our home in 2013, initially for a furnace repair and then for ongoing annual maintenance and inspection. The techs are always very knowledgeable, and I appreciate that. Sometimes, they have suggested minor improvements, explained in a straight-forward way with the expertise to back it up , but the techs are never pushy and I don't feel like I am being upsold or fearmongered. This year, our tech was David, and as expected he was professional, polite, and respectful of our home and our pets. After he completed his inspection we talked about his findings and the performance of my furnace; David's honesty and proficiency left me at ease and with peace of mind about the function and performance of our furnace for the coming winter.

Honest, helpful plumber. Ilya is great, he is responsive, and an excellent guy. I have used him personally as well as have sent him to many clients.

After showing up 2 hours late from the window the office gave me, the technician would only up sell me on services. he refused to meet the industry standard of ~100.00 to clear the main line, wanted 250.00 and said there would need to be a scope added to that. More frustrating, he wasted my whole morning waiting around to get this service and I needed to call someone else in that would do the same job for less than half of what he wanted!

Very Satisfied with Service! I called Jeff at A Better Plumber after another well known company had failed to show up during their promised 2 hour window of time (and when they asked for another hour to show up, they blew that too!) . Jeff was extremely responsive (on time), professional, and reasonable on price. I had three items needing attention, and he fixed it all in an hour, including doing another item of minor work at no extra cost.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

We had Zack out recently and he was able to replace a plumbing vent for our kitchen sink, install a water shutoff valve for an outdoor spigot, and install a water pressure valve for the house. His prices were much more reasonable than the other quotes we received, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions, and was able to complete the work the same day. We had a drain break in our master bath Monday morning and Jason was out and installed a new one the same day so we could get started on water mitigation. We’ve tried several of the larger plumbing service providers since moving here and had just accepted that plumbing work in Denver must be 5x the price it was in Indiana. Millennial proved us wrong! They were extremely affordable, responsive and great communicators. We won’t use anyone else.

Our toilet backed up, and we needed a plumber to unclog it. We called IPC at about 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and they showed up at 3:30 and had the clog cleared in about 10 minutes. Great service!

Just not good. Banging out jobs without being thorough. completed the job and left. A day later, no hot water in my house with a brand new water heater. Called to schedule an appointment. turns out they cant come for 2 days. Thank god i have a friend in contracting and he walked me through what they could have done wrong. Simple fix, needed to re light the pilot light. COMPLETLY unacceptable, leaving the job half finished. Finish the job you were paid to do. But wait it gets better. Another few days go by and the whole house is freezing. Turns out he turned off the gas to the furnace as well. Meaning that pilot light was out also! Hey guys, the good news is that I have basically become a pro at fixing other peoples mistakes! Let me know if you need anyone to come back behind a professional company to finish the job the right way!
