We had our main drain cleared due to a clog. The plumber was here twenty minutes, when historically this job takes closer to an hour plus. Within an hour of him leaving, the main drain was backed up again, worse than ever. Instead of coming to fix their incompetent work they wanted to charge us once again for a second trip. Do the job the right first time and back-up your work. Totally unacceptable, we paid for a service which was not done properly. DO NOT use these guys, what a scam and ripoff

I had an great experience. From calling, setting up the appointment, they sent out a professional plumber who was on time, prompt service, patient, knowledgeable, informative. Reasonable price.

AJ was asked to come help stop a leak on a water pipe on a Monday before 6 PM. A leak had sprung in the pipe at the house that was being cleaned before the new owners moved in. Our water softener guy could see what was needed, but since he wasn't a licensed plumber, he cut the leaky part of the pipe out & recommended that we get a plumber to to finish what he had started. All that was needed was the official connect to the pipe now with clamps. AJ came & clamped it & charged $250 just to do a 5 minute job! Not saying he's not a good plumber, but to me, he just showed poor character & downright greediness. Will not recommend him anymore.

To the T plumbing and heating got me in on the same day, which never happens with the bigger companies. They were also very reasonable on their price. Mac and Dan came in got the job done and we're out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing and heating issues from here on out!

Tyler came out himself and gave us a competitive estimate - Rich installed the new water hearter in a timely manner - it was all so easy and smooth. We really felt like they listend to our needs and provided the best solution. We would highly recommend Tyco Plumbing ! Friendly and efficient !

Left us in the middle of a job sighting medical problems & lack of capable staff. 😡😩 so they won't be able to finish your job either.

Have used them several times before with decent results but this time was charged $300 per hour to swap out 2 light fixtures and change a smoke detector battery. Will never use them again.

Not professional at all I greed on a price and then they wanted to charge me double when they came and left foot print all over my carpet they use two or three different phone number scamer for sure also I found them on facebook market place they play games like if I was dumb not recommended and not the way to do business they should have their license taken if they even have one

We needed a sewer line in the basement of a very old house replaced, got three bids and this was not only the best, but when finished, came in $20 UNDER the estimate. James was here promptly at the time scheduled and the job was done within the five hours he'd told us it would be. So far, it all seems to work fine. We'll call him for the next plumbing need.
