They surprised us with a new policy of charging for estimates (never provided)even after they failed to resolve the original problem they were called for. Great, honorable, ethical company for years, sorry to lose them as a vendor

He didn't use the scar tactics in trying to get me to authorize services I didn't need. Since installing my unit a few years ago, service has been top notch. Highly Highly recommend A-Srar.
