Hooper is my go to. They are always responsive and courteous. Our tech is a magician considering the number of units he has to deal with at our house. I could not be more effusive about this company, and I could not more highly recommend them.

Called Mr. Rooter to clear a clog from the house to the city line. Tech ran the snake 75 ft without hitting or clearing line. Tech then attached a camera to the snake and reran down the line. He hit a clog at 20 ft. He said the clog could not be cleared by a snake. Gave me a quote for 3500.00 to replace 10 ft of pipe. Decided to wait until Monday and have my normal plumber check. He cleared the clog with a snake in about 20 minutes.

We’ve been having an issue with our kitchen sink whereby water drained slowly and finally stopped draining. After replacing 90% of the parts under the sink I concluded this was an issue I needed professional help with. A co-worker recommended Scott Hubbard and after I explained over the phone what was happening he diagnosed it. He arrived 15 minutes early (Which I appreciated) and during the process of fixing the issue clarified what was being done. He is very knowledgeable, personable and will be the plumber I will always use.

Gas leak pressure test was done and leak detection found. Repair was done efficiently and with honesty to the required work needed. The plumber was professional and responsive. Thank you.

I'm a DIY'er but nope, this problem was too much for me. After giving it the good ol college try and failing, these guys came through and got my issue resolved.Def would recommend again.

Ok so I’m a patient guy. All I wanted was to hire a qualified plumber to unstop a bathroom sink. I was told that someone would be at my home between 4 and 6 pm. No one showed up or even had the courtesy to call me. This company doesn’t care about me the customer because they never showed up even after I called 3 times for updates. My last call I asked just tell me if the plumber is coming. The person on the phone said I’ll call to see what is taking so long. He said he was going to call me back but again I never received a call back. For those of you who are considering hiring this company, DONT BOTHER. I really hope potential customers see my review and take their business and hard earned dollars elsewhere. If I could give it zero stars I would.Very disappointed and unhappy.
