My 1st time calling a plumbing company and dispatch said they'd be out Saturday from 9a-1p. I called them at 2:00p and they said they'd call me. Well its Tuesday. No CALL & No SHOW Hopefully BAKERS BROTHERS don't let me down. I sold my house and buyer wants water heater inspected. Hopefully I didn't miss out on a bargain house that Saturday.

Scott was very nice, professional, on time, and informative. After having so many issues with all of our drains, I am confident the issues were resolved, & are working perfect again. He even looked at our bath tub that was pouring out dark flakes in our water, which led us to ultimately quit using it for some time. He ended up finding a pair of tweezers in the pipe! I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.
