Asked them to come repair leaking faucet. He asked to see water heaters although nothing was wrong with it. Gave me a sales pitch that one of them is old and they can sell me new one. And then said they can't repair the faucet because they do not do that.After he left I realized he turned off both of my water heaters! and forgot to turn them back on. Now i am sitting with no hot water in the house. And I do not know how to turn it back on. Calling them about it, but they haven't dispatched someone.

They came and diagnosed the problem as well as fixed it. They were prompt, professional, and their customer service skills were phenomenal. Third time I was using their service. My bathroom sink accidentally broke down, which caused a leak in the wall, and it started going everywhere. I called, and they picked up in 10 minutes. Daniel came and had all repairs done within 2 hours! He went above and beyond to fix the leak and restore water to my house. He was so hardworking and efficient! It surprised me how fast and smoothly he had done his work. He made sure there were no damp spots anywhere. As always they charged reasonably.
