Best Residential HVAC in Dallas TX

I've used Dallas Plumbing three times now. Two times on my own home, once for plumbing and once for a/c. Today 3/20/16, Dallas Plumbing Co serviced my boss's a/c unit in a home that is pending sale. It was important to get it done as soon as possible to satisfy the repair requirements. As always, they were prompt and charged a reasonable fee. DPC has been in business for more than 100 years and their excellent, professional service shows why! Love Dallas Plumbing Company!

I had an HVAC tech come to my house this week to troubleshoot my Nest thermostat. It was repeatedly resetting and going into a delay and the second floor could not cool. The technician told me I would need 6lbs of Freon ($714) and it would be a patch job because it would continue to leak. He also recommended a longer term solution, replace the whole system for around $13,000.I decided to call a friend of the family that works on AC. It was a long drive but he figured it out. 2lbs Freon and a broken part that needed to be replaced. He charged me a couple hundred bucks. It’s works fine now. No thanks to Baker Brother’s. I cannot speak on their actual repairs, only their horrible troubleshooting skills.

Service tech was was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Assisted with programming of thermostat and provided recommendations without hard selling.

They were VERY responsive, very courteous, did a great job and VERY knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend them AND use them again (although i should not need to for a long while :) )
