I could not be any happier with my working experience with Water Heaters Only, Inc. They installed both of my water heaters and did an amazing job. They provided me an estimate on the phone that was very accurate. The total cost was reasonably priced.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

We had Tank Yankers Plumbing install a tankless water heater in our last home, so when we moved into our current home and found another tank, we called Kent's team to give it a YANK! Now my kids never run out of hot water, even when all three showers are going at once.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.
