The service person Jeremy Brown was on time and installed the water heater and explain things when I ask any questions he told me to wait about 30 minutes for the water to get hot. Be careful when you turn it on.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

This company is great. They came out when they said they would, & gave us priority to deal with the tankless water heater issue. They did the installation of a new one and we are really appreciating everything about dealing with this company. From the people answering the phones to the repair staff. Great job, they go the extra mile.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.
