Tribeca came in with the best bid to upgrade our home gas system to provide more pressure to run a pool heater.We shopped around and they had the right attitude, best bid and the most responsive to questions.Our work involved supplying and installing gas regulators, adding hard pipe and fixing gas fittings that were bodged from a previous company.They got us through the gas inspection and handled all city permits and follow thought.They work fast, used overshoes in the house, left the work areas tidy and always tried to make sure we didn’t go without gas too long (which is important because we have little kids that need daily baths).Above all they’re really nice people and great to work with.

Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.

Mesquite Credit Union recently contracted with Above All Plumbing Service to replace the plumbing underneath our building that was broken as a result of a major shift in our foundation. Jim Ruppert and his professional crew did an outstanding job. They were competitively priced, they worked quickly, kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond. We passed the inspection by the City of Mesquite the first time. Jim informed us up front that a trench would be dug under the building and provided pictures of the broken pipes before and after the work was finished. This was a big job and we are very happy with the result.

The artic blast of 2021 gave us a busted pipe. I don't recall how I ended up with recommendations for plumbers from Google, but I was connected with 3 different businesses. 1 of them put me on a call list. I am still waiting for a call back 2+ weeks later. 1 of them said they would be here a week ago...but never showed up.CPR Plumbing scheduled a date, gave a 2 hour window for arrival on that date. CPR showed up! They texted before they came. They arrived on time. They were professional and got the problem solved for us.I recommend CPR Plumbing and will call on them again if and when necessary.Thank you CPR Plumbing!!

In the past we had bad luck with other plumbing companies. We have used DFW Pipe & Plumbing numerous times and always had great experiences. We were able to schedule our service quickly, the plumbers showed up on time, and they did great work for a fair price. I won't use any other plumbing company.
